Grotty: I read that they were charged with 28,000+ instances of breaking the rules regarding Reg SHO. The tip of the iceberg when it comes to naked shorting IMO. Slap on the wrist fines won't do it however, we need to see perp walks followed by jail sentences. Go IPIX!!!
