EpikTrades, I do not know if UNVC will become part of AGRiMED or not, but I certainly think they could be absorbed. I can easily see AGRiMED/SATIVEO/UNVC coming together with one or two or even more dispensary organizations. I suggest Cannavative Group and another group out of Chicago I posted about in a prior post (they have dispensaries in four states including New York and Florida). Such an organization would encompass something like 15 states, and would likely be as large as GTI. If this conglomeration stayed right here in the United States, and Congress made cannabis legal, then I could see this company listed on a major exchange. However, I suggest this conglomeration may not stay that small. We never heard anything about a buy-out of Crockett and Goldman when they left GTI. So why not fold into that organization? While that would not likely happen right away, why rule it out? Finally, when licensed growers/processors in Puerto Rico were pretty much wiped out by Hurricane Maria, published reports spoke of large cannabis companies from Canada came down to restart those operations and formed partnerships with those companies. Canopy Growth Corp was not there. Today, they have several dispensaries and distribution centers. Who did they partner with? What happened to the grow/processing facility AGRiMED had in Puerto Rico? After Hurricane Maria, AGRiMED staff posted a glowing write-up regarding Canopy on their own website. That write-up is still there. Why would AGRiMED post a glowing write-up about a competitor on their own website? Do you see where this might be going?
The above only talks about cannabis for medical or personal use, but what about HEMP? Finally, none of the above deals with animal care utilizing cannabis or HEMP, and does not deal with construction materials either, or with industrial applications (car manufacturing for instance). So what I am saying is, we are only just scratching the surface of what may be ahead.
