CONNECTING THE DOTS: Dot one, the management:
Post# of 85497
Dot one, the management: Sterling Crockett, Bruce Goldman, Eric Mitchell, David Dalton and others.
Dot two, the industry: Medical Marijuana and HEMP.
Dot three, the game plan: Working with N out of Chicago to implement a business plan that reduces personal liability as much as possible and reduces tax liability to the maximum extent possible.
Dot four, the cannabis transdermal patch: Partnering with Univec and Doctor David Dalton to jointly develop the UNVC cannabis transdermal patch --- said to be perhaps the biggest selling and most prolific product to come out of the cannabis industry. Dozens of big ticket ailments can be treated with the patch which holds an advantage over most other methodologies of medicinal delivery because dosage can be controlled more closely.
Dot five: AGRiMED appoints Doctor Dalton to their Board of Directors after announcing their partnership. This appointment was quickly followed by a promotion to Vice Chair of AGRiMED’s Board of Directors. These actions suggest a very close relationship and much value gleaned from the partnership between Univec and AGRiMED. Also, it was AGRiMED that publicly announced the partnership and spoke glowingly about the benefits that might be gained.
Dot six, the patch: Univec developed the transdermal patch for the purpose of treating nicotine. At that time, the FDA approved the patch and granted Univec product codes. However, the patch was never marketed and the product codes were allowed to expire (these codes are easily reactivated). When approved by the FDA, the Univec patch was approved for nicotine replacement treatment as well as other medicines. This approval allows the patch to be utilized as a platform on which to build entire treatment systems for multiple treatments and ailments.
Dot seven: AGRiMED receives its first license to grow and process medical marijuana in the State of Pennsylvania.
Dot eight: Sterling Crockett vacates AGRiMED management and becomes the founder of SATIVEO together with his close friend Bruce Goldman. Both men were founders and managers of Green Thumb Industries in Maryland prior to both of them founding AGRiMED. No reference found regarding a buyout from Green Thumb Industries.
Dot nine: SATIVEO begins operating in several states including Florida, New York, and South Carolina. SATIVEO begins building a 100,000 square foot growing facility in South Carolina specializing in HEMP, but that can also be used to process CBD.
I started doing this project just to see how complicated it might be and how much time and space might be required. This project is huge, and the short sentences do not fully explain the implications. To fully understand all of our research and findings, one must start at the beginning and read all the posts on the board together with every single citation. Not a quick undertaking by any means, but the journey would likely be worth it. I did this from memory so I missed some names of companies and people.
