I'm really not familiar with the company you're me

OWCP hit over $3 on Ziv's assurances that cream etc would be on the market last year. Investors now realize they're serious about being a Biotech, and biotechs don't put products on the market without proof of efficacy, as well as safety. A pure biotech would insist of some govt. agency approval, and perhaps we'll get that somewhere for results in Phase 2, but I believe when we can present proof of efficacy in Phase 2, the company will have partners who'll sell it where it's legal to do so. I believe we're talking next year at the earliest.
As for the U.S. FDA, I suspect approval here will take a multi-year Phase 3 Trial and I don't see that starting until at least late 2019 and probably later. I'd love to be wrong, and if we did a multinational Phase 2 Trial that included the U.S. it's not impossible that an approval could come out of such a trial.
I wish the company would add some guidance about where we are and where we're going to the quarterly reports they do, other companies routinely discuss it in their reports, but OWCP hasn't. Perhaps we'll get a website update that gives us a better picture of what they're doing. For now, all we can say about Phase 2's is that they're planning them, we don't know if they'll be done in Israel alone, or all over the world. Costs no doubt will be cheaper if all work is accomplished in Israel, but acceptance would be greater if multinational.
