(Nasdaq: FB) (“Facebook” or the “Company”) securities during the period between April 26, 2018 and July 25, 2018, inclusive (the “Class Period”). According to the complaint, following a July 25, 2018 announcement of the Company’s financial and operating results for the second quarter of 2018, which reported revenues and numbers of daily and monthly active users that fell short of market expectations, the value of Facebook shares declined significantly.
