As they said, NO ONE in California has been granted annual licenses as of yet, but those like SIGO will keep getting temporaries like you said and they'll get annuals soon enough, hopefully with no further interruptions to product flow due to regulatory changes. Regulations should be pretty well set at this point.
They've set up the bays such that the environment in each is precisely controlled. It's obvious they know what they are doing and their thinking on their feet, tweaking their processes to optimize the quality and quantity of the yields from each bay.
As a result, there's no doubt that all of their test results will be excellent. The 3rd and 4th quarter results should bring them back to fully reporting status and game changing revenues as the Cali market gets "rolling"! lol The wait should pay off nicely, especially with their amazing share structure.
