Every time pacer is accessed that is counted as an update. Weather you have an open account or not. The most recent updates are about Blank Rome removing counsel from the docket. Period. Don't misread something into this that it is not. When SFOR has any material event related to these filing you will be notified. GO SFOR!!! Lets not put the cart before the horse. I am excited about this co as the next guy. But reading anything that may be misleading is of no value.
