Clarification on "pacer updates" . Many here know but this for for those who are not aware. Anybody with a pacer account can login to a case and click update. This will then show an update at the time when this happens. You will see many updates without new information and this is from someone accessing the account and clicking update. Anybody with a pacer account can do this.
