On the SecureAuth case I don't see anything to rule on and my opinion there is no need for Oral arguments. The US Patent Trial and Appeal Board exonerated over 50 SFOR Patent claims and then added 7 additional claims to their patents in October 2017. Then, in April 2018 the Supreme Court ruled that the Patent office has the constitutional right to make rulings of the validity of patents. Which they did in October 2017. This fact alone should have the PPS at 10 cents just waiting for an announcement in my opinion.
There is nothing really left to discuss. That's why Mr. Kay said "we're close to winning all of our current lawsuits". We're simply waiting for that life-changing day to come when ZPaul or someone else posts the word "settlement" with a smiley face!!!!!!!!!
