$PSGR The weekend. What a week!!!! PSGR share price continues to stick around the $0.015 level EVEN AFTER all the past two months of Press Releases from Pershing Resources.....the NEW BUSINESS ASSOCIATION, NEW CLAIMS, a FINANCIAL STATEMENT, and an addended Financial Statement that should appear any time now!!! WOW! The EXCITEMENT is, once again, underwhelming.
Shareholders have been presented with the possibility that NOTHING that provides a return on their investment is likely to happen BEFORE 2024. Not too encouraging as the current Financial Statements indicate that, for the past two years, Pershing Resources has lost hundreds of thousands of dollars AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS over its entire existence (current and former Company Names).
NOT TO WORRY!!! There must be individuals who are making a few bucks. According to the Financial Statement, Professional Fees came to $221,958 in 2017 AND Administrative charges came to around $143,000. Must be for all those Surveys and Assays that were conducted....although somewhere there is mention made of a LIMIT on the Survey Fees for the Consulting Geologist/Company. Don't quote me on this but I think somewhere around $34K was the contract fee for the Geologist/Company. I am not sure where the other $$$$ went for 'Professional Fees'. Oh well, just so THEY are happy with the payments. I am sure some shareholders would prefer a more definitive explanation of the Fees but...…
I chose not to do the math...you can do it if you really care about YOUR investment....but think about how many shares would be required to be sold to pay for all of those 'Fees'. At the current share price (August 18, 2018) of $0.015, that IS a whole helluva lot of shares hitting the Market!!!!
