Twice I have almost got run over by drivers textin

Twice I have almost got run over by drivers texting this week, we have a small 2 lane 35 mph stretch of road 3/4 of a mile from the city limit sign to my home and I went in the ditch once and just stopped on one they looked to be in there late 30's to mid 40's. Its starting to get worse all the time I wish the law enforcement would do more in helping with this.......
