I am as big of a cheerleader for SFOR as anyone. But you have hit the nail on the head. This whole thing rests on the SA appeal coming back in our favor. these deals to which Mark has alluded are so wrapped up in NDAs and government and partner red tape, we might as well just put those on the back burner and pretend they don't exist. leading our team and signing all the court filings. At the risk of using complicated industry-speak, this guy is what we in the business call "no F*#%ING joke." He rips opponents' guts out through their mouths and force feeds them to their crying children. This is our chosen warrior, and nothing about the 2Q18 filing has changed that fact. A win against SA is nothing short of being handed a blank check. Two factor OOBA is now so ubiquitous, RG will have to open a new dedicated office to handle all the lawsuits they are going to have to file against all the infringers around the world.
At least, that is how I have chosen to deal with the current state of reality. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but feel free to join my view of the world, and you will sleep very soundly; I promise.
