Reality check: 1- social media is BS, e-mail is BS, 2- Quarterly reports are factual, pr’s are credible, 3- Lawsuits idiotic 4- when you hit the sale button done deal, take your gain or loss and put it somewhere else. (Stupidity is not a very good ground for lawsuit)
Fact- we have the Wewi contract per quarterly and pr, false representation through quarterly would be grounds for lawsuit and detremental to company , but in no means good for any shareholder. Class action lawsuits are not gonna recoup your investment.
Fact- all contracts have stipulations they must be met , just because we have it does not mean we have 250,000,000 in income. All contracts can be broken for non- performance etc. ( my business now is based on contracts and I have to perform to maintain them)
Fact- when you invest in a start-up you do that with the knowledge that anything can happen and you must trust the people in charge.
The e-mail response that Dro received is exactly what you would expect from any credible company. Utop or any other credible company would never reply back to anyone with non disclosable info. That is what the press release is for. IMO that was the best response we could have possible received. If anyone post anything stating sales, manufacturing or other undisclosed info, it is either BS or obtained from non Utopya source.
