Miami Case Got Dismissed With Prejudice!

Hello Everyone,
I wanted to let you know that I looked up the case that was going on in Florida, & Quantum WON! The case was dismissed with Prejudice. For those of you that are not legal minded (like me), that means that the Plantiff SBI investments can NOT file suit again in court. In other words, they can't appeal the decision. The decision to dismiss is final. In the eyes of the court, it means the matter is done & over with!
I wonder if Steve & company will sue for court costs, etc ...

Case Type: Contracts & Indebtedness
This is great news!
Texas case is gone! Florida Case is gone! Next is Arizona, right? The hearing isn't till 2019, these two cases will easily set a precedent!
The Q's are being filed one by one & the legal issues are starting to disappear. Things are looking up!
