According to the Attorney letters filed with the RENU financial filings, we can see that Mr. Kim has been working with RENU prior to his appointment as Chief Legal Officer. Also, from those letters, we can see he has/had an email address with Total Remodeling...

Kind of makes one wonder if Mr. Kim had some legal "dealings" with the old CEO, and ipso facto, did that contribute to his appointment here? (Wouldn't you love to be a fly on the wall sometimes?)
