Let's see, at the time there had been no hacking of our elections so an aspirational statement looking for better relationships with Russia was pro-forma and unsurprising. And after all, hadn't Dubya claimed he saw a 'soul' in Putin's eyes?
You have to wonder about the real motivations behind this sudden disdain for the Land o’ Vodka.
Really? The intell agencies disagree and Trump himself famously amended his statement to "I don't see why they WOULDN'T"...interfere in our elections.
