ARLINGTON, Va., Aug. 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ramboll has opened two new offices in Mexico City, Mexico, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, and announced several senior-level appointments in its Americas Division.

Ivette Catalán León will lead Ramboll’s new Mexico City office. Her 25-year consulting career encompasses compliance, health and safety, and management systems issues and challenges for a varied public and private client base across Central and Latin America. Her project work spans EHS audits, compliance reviews, EHS program implementation, accident investigations and safety program and management systems, as well as site investigation and decommissioning.
Shauna Dallmer is a licensed PE with decades of experience as a process and environmental engineer and consultant. She partners with owners, investors and EPCs to deliver multidisciplinary project services that cover entire plant and project lifecycles. She has wide-ranging knowledge of federal and state rules, air quality permitting regulations pertaining to federal prevention of significant deterioration (PSD) for all pollutants including GHG, and nonattainment new source review (NNSR). She leads a new team in Houston, Texas, that enhances our ability to serve the chemical and oil and gas client base in the greater Houston region and beyond.
Based in a new office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Todd Renville brings decades of consulting experience in due diligence, subsurface investigation, property redevelopment, contaminant hydrogeology, risk-based corrective action (RBCA), remediation and environmental construction management with a focus on large-scale transportation and public works projects. He has expert knowledge of construction operations and contractor compliance oversight, as well as experience in erosion and sediment control, work in waters, aquatic invasive species and wildlife/vegetation.
