(“ Inspira ” or the “ Company ”) (TSXV:LND), a company focused on providing lending, billing and collections solutions to the highly fragmented U.S. mental health and addiction services market, today announced it has promoted Rodrigo Mera as Chief Financial Officer in advance of a potential sale of its billing company.
Mr. Mera has been a Financial Director for over 17 years in healthcare. He has a proven track record of helping companies grow both organically and through strategic acquisitions. Rodrigo has been instrumental member in building financial infrastructures and standardizing accounting procedures.
