Good luck to all long term investors.
Well written, clear and concise update. Like the products, like KB and have hope for this company. Unfortunately the business world is not always fair and it’s a results oriented process. Frankly I don’t see results in the update and I’m not sure how results get delivered. I’ve been patient with this investment but at some point you question your heart and go with your mind. Company is cash constrained and little hope for JnJ resolution in near future. Seems we have been strung along by JnJ, the courts, and even DECN leadership optimism.
This is what i see vs the touted seminal year PR in January. Is KB sending a message to sell? He can’t deliver?
GenSure market slips from jan-18 to maybe Oct-18. How do you miss this and then wait 6 months to engage with regulatory help? This was a 30 day milestone
Genchoice 510 filing slips from Jan-18 to Oct-18? Why? How do you miss by this much? This was a 30 day milestone
GenChoice sales slip from Mar-18 to maybe Oct-18? How do you miss this it was a 90 day milestone?
GenPrec strip testing slips from Jan-18 to Aug-18? Why? This was a 30-day milestone
GenPrec meter testing slips from Feb-18 to Aug-18? Why? This was a 60-day milestone
PetSure sales Aug-18 not previously planned. Good job. Sales better than expected-Quantify what this means
PetUltimate sales in Oct-18 not previously planned. Prove it next update
12 month goals are to specialize in distribution of GenUltimate and GenSure and complete genchoice and GenPrec? Hopefully this is dramatically understated. Where r the sales of the latter 2 products
Sales rate has not appreciably increased over last 18 months
Big box private label... what is meant by the “delay between sales and system processes”. Corp speak for we don’t have our shi$ together? Vague
Bottom line for me is that despite an apparent award winning portfolio there seems to be a lack of execution or inability to bring to market. In business you don’t miss 30-60-90 day milestones by months. On top, you have no cash to throw at roadblocks or marketing.
Yes. I had far greater expectations for this year esp. given that Jan-18 PR.
In business when metrics are met you snipe and snipe some more. You RYG stoplight the metrics. You ask for recover plans. You make visible. You deploy resources. You do whatever it takes.
I believe KB is doing a lot. Im just not sure the end game results in victory. Hope I’m
