While legal issues can go back and forth depending on what decisions are made, no one with half a brain would say legal issues are not holding things up when in fact he knows it must go back to legal for final determination.
That said, lets look at where the money is in this industry. Product must be grown and processed (we know the product has been grown and harvested and suspect it has been processed because one cannot wait forever). So, after all that, it must be sold. Are we selling product? To whom? Do we even have dispensaries? One thing we know for certain, they cannot obtain government contracts with a change to the Controlled Substances Act and cannabis is designated as a class one substance (a substance without medical merit). I posted a list of suspected dispensaries or distributors, but I cannot find concrete proof that any AGRiMED product is passing through them.
Regardless of what Dalton said (this time) I think we are waiting for Congress, and that means AGRiMED is calling the shots. Dalton could release financials, but if there is some hang-up then it is likely his fault unless the financials reveal information AGRiMED is not yet ready to release --- once again then, AGRiMED is holding things back.
Keep in mind, Univec is merely partnered with AGRiMED. AGRiMED is helping with the development of the cannabis transdermal patch. If AGRiMED does not have an "exclusive marketing agreement," then it can be sold to anyone and even marketed by multiple corporations. Wharfrat asked Mark Kaminski about this, and he had the impression no such exclusive agreement was signed. Is this the signature and legal issue holding things up? If so, Dalton can't talk about it.
