On August 1, 2018 the company filed a registration statement under form 1A, Regulation A+, with the U.S. SEC. This “initial” registration was accepted by the SEC for review on August 13, 2018. First SEC staff comments will occur by mid-September 2018. The company is so far undecided whether we will use this registration to raise capital because the tationale for the filing was to take initial steps to resume some sort of financial reporting with the SEC to augment our current reporting with OTCMarkets, Inc.
