Iscam has faced multiple legal issues. As such they have modified their terms to state.

The addition or modified rules is a result of past SEC actions against them.
Since you are a smart guy and they feel operational threat, consider adding to your post's SEC links which support your argument, this is something they usually don't remove as SEC probably hovers over time from time to time.
