DECN needs some cash. I think Pluto said they should focus on the pet market. Might be a good idea.
If you want to raise money and you've got the goods (technology) like DECN does, you take advantage.
Don't believe what the bad guys on iHub are writing. DECN hasn't issued a single share under their recent registration statement with the SEC, and has said so in their most recent quarterly report, a report by the way which has goodies for everyone, including the non-shareholders of DECN who try so hard to hurt the company.
DECN is a small company with big plans and a guy running it who knows how to stretch a buck. Small companies always need more cash and never have enough cash. Who would shareholders rather have making decisions, a child threatener who is a gavone know it all and desperately wants to be in charge of something -- anything, or another who claims to be a friend of KB who libels him every chance he gets? Or a third guy who attempted to gain control of the BOD for the purposes of doing something -- anything to leverage the stock price for his own personal advantage?
Are these the types shareholders want running the company? If yes, OK then.
