Rory didn't say anything about him exercising the 2,446,700 warrants on the Aug 8th Form 4 filing? They don't expire until August 2021 so he didn't need to take them down right now. That has to show some confidence putting his money where his mouth is. At the exercise price of $0.49 ps thats a big check he just wrote! Money into the company for growth.
