TPAC most likely wont be around in another year. How can anyone be so stupid to not see this is a scam? Bill screwed each and every shareholder. There is NEVER going to be anything develop.
There is no reconstruction it was all BS to sell more worthless shares. Anyone thinking this is ever going to change needs to be hit in the head with a hammer. The share structure here is atrocious. $26 million in dilution and not one single thing to show for it. Wake up!!!!
