The case went on with PhoneFactor (bought by MSFT) since late 2013, once MSFT was Served the Lawsuit it only took 3 months for a Settlement.
Mark can't Discuss Microsoft Settlement beyond stating a $9.7M Settlement Due to an NDA. Probably to Save Mr. Softy'S Butt bad Press.
Is there some on going Licensing Agreement with MSFT ? So far any figures have not shown up in a 10Q.
Microsoft had SFOR over a Barrel, Strike Force was Hurting for Cash at the time, just trying to stay alive.
After the Microsoft Settlement they Paid their Debt from $9M down to $4.55M. They began by Paying off the Toxic Debt Creditors 1st.
