Not exactly the updates I was expecting but we did get some new info on old business. It took me a minute to find the stuff at the end, but there is a settlement agreement with Torque R&D, another new settlement agreement with BCI Advisors, and we get some new names to research if anyone cares about those. We now have Julie Lobato of Torque R&D and Eddie Galvan of BCI Advisors, LLC(also listed as BCI Venture Partners, LLC). I didn't see anything new about GanjaGold or Humanity, but I did see these entries pertaining to Erai Beckmann:
On February 1, 2018 MyDx and Erai Beckman entered into a twelve (12) month Scientific Research and Business Development Agreement. The Company agreed to pay $15,000 in restricted common stock on the first day of each quarter. In addition, Erai Beckman was issued 2,500,000 shares of the Company’s common stock on April 2, 2018.
On June 1, 2018 MyDx and Erai Beckman entered into a twelve (12) month Research, Manufacturing, Advertising and Marketing Services Agreement. The Company issued 25,000,000 of the Company’s common as a signing bonus.
