Yes, there remains that 1% of doubt as we have only what BE so aptly termed "outsider knowledge". In review of that contract under the "Expected Capabilities and Outcomes Section" is the following: "advanced zero-day detection and countermeasures to protect against the most elusive threats and polymorphic malware."
