Games to get cheap shares continue.
Almost impossible to fill on the top bid as the MM algorithms outbid immediately + some big traders bidding also.
For instance, after someone started bidding at .0401 today we now have bids stacked in depth at multiple levels all the way up to .0450.
Those that don't buy some on the ask are likely to suddenly find it is .02 >.04 higher after just a few buys of 10K > 20K.
For instance, at .0645 there was only 1 x 15K and another 7K available.
At .0650, 1 x 10K is gone already with another showing as left.
Don't confuse lack of posting as lack of interest.
If $TMPS is successful in getting its bid for a military air-to-air refueling tanker contract approved for FY2019, it is likely to be announced around mid-September (otherwise it will probably be in 2019 for FY2020).
Also, don't forget the company has many other DoD ongoing contracts for special operations missions with more likely whenever an increased operational requirement arises to expand existing fleets through modification of off-the-shelf aircraft by fitting already developed / available mission systems.
