Steady forward progress will bolster longs confidence and no doubt longs that have not yet averaged down will see the opportunity to do so. How big a hole will the shorts dig remains to be seen but I have no doubt some risk managers are pulling their hair out. Thanks to new management and old for drawing a line in the sand on behalf of the loyal PTOI shareholders. Go PTOI!!!
