Hmmm, interesting ...not really sure how to interpret...the judge granted the defendants the application to amend (he had his mind made up prior) and obviously didn't think "sitting on their hands for 4 months" really was an issue, since they, after all, hired a search firm...

I'm hoping for conversation here, I don't think this was helpful to the overall case, or was it, since PTAB was still under review? Just when I think I understand, the legalese just makes my eyes cross and blur...LOL
