0142 GMT - Musk says Goldman Sachs and Silver Lake will advise the Tesla CEO in his possible bid to take the auto maker profit. The disclosure on Twitter came Tesla hours after revealing new details about the effort in a posting on the company's website. Musk added that Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and Munger, Tolles & Olson would be his legal advisors. The company's board hasn't announced who is advising it. (tim.higgins@wsj.com; @timkhiggins)
