$450 is the retail with a 33% margin assuming a purchase cost of $299/$300. If he gave them a slight discount for CIA/ volume them the margin for the dealer is closer to 50%.
Very normal return for after market product- actually could be higher - this stuff gets loaded up by the dealers.
