How would shareholders feel if the company were to go private? This would allow the company to focus on what should be focused on without worrying about being under constant attack. Prospective clients would not be harassed.
The company could go through the growing pains and work out the kinks before filing to do an IPO utitlizing blockchain technology and T+0. The company would have to have enough cash available to offer to buy back all an investors shares if they were so inclined or some might opt for half in cash and half in new shares while others might want to keep all their shares. Seems to me a plan like this would work well for both the company and its investors.

This is a thought I had which would eliminate the company from being under constant attack. In order to do something like this they would have to have enough cash available to offer to buyback shares of those that opted out as well as the funds necessary to pay off debt, have working capital, etc..Appreciate hearing what others think of the idea. Musk/Tesla considering going private to rid the company of the shorts is what prompted the idea.
