Will-revs from ACS 8-mil-cust be-on 8/15,or,11/15 qtrs?
To me it doesn't matter now, I know what is coming, I KNOW WHAT I OWN! it may come this week, next week or a month or next few months. Its all so extremely close to happening at once. Lawsuits settlements, Monster Revenues (discussed below), and then Blocksafe/STO. The SFOR historic convergence! It is real there are links to the PRs to the above mentioned! Now we learn , with all the buyouts of infringing companies , we might see settlements sooner than later! (See Zpauls posts)
So whether from 8/15 or 8/15 Quarterly Report of will SFOR gap up and the fuse be lit in the form of an 8K later this month or next ? Doesn't really matter, yes I would like it this month, however this investment WE KNOW based on all the DD , we understand the reasons for the delays , we know there is no kicking the can as it were, we truly KNOW it is revenue time.
In our minds eye, we see the various Revenue Pinata's hanging, Pinata's from Law Suits another from DOD contract, another from PCI , are all hanging in place. There we see Mark and Ram and George have all grabbed their huge patented Scepters and are running towards the Pinata's with a cheerful vengeance winding up to swing! We are that close!
We are so very close to huge revs. We see proof of how close we are from Hates Liars posts re tritium/acs/mcafee, thats lists the number of acs clients.
We are awaiting ACS revs for Merchant services PCI payment card industry First Data has 6 mil merchant services
We are at the stage also where we are awaiting revenues on ACS/McAfee's DOD contracts $500 mil and a $180 mil, as the implementation of SFORs security programs have basically been installed and tested. Also McAfee has implemented MFOOBA and Encryption in countless other existing customers. Medical Hippa laws, (doctors ,hospitals, medical ) all branches of Government and all aspects of Commerce banks enterprise clients.
Hold on to your investment, the figurative Pinata's are in fact Hanging,they are awaiting the first frantic home run swings and soon money will be flying all over from those Pinata's, money for us to pick up in our brokerage accounts, it will happen, quickly , unexpectedly, and the Pinata's will not empty, they will get bigger with larger flows of revenues in the next few years, it will start happening at any time. !
Caution; Don't focus on this 2nd Quarter too much it has no significance on the rest of the years. What relevance does 2nd Qtr have when the lawsuit settlement money hits? zippo Same with PCI money and ACS McAfee revs, This money is coming when relaesed by customers and the work is done its on its way. Whether it happened in 2nd Quarter of july through September.
Ropes and Grey opened offices on the west coast to handle the billions they will be securing for strikeforce and themselves over the next few years.
It should have begun last year it will happen this year IMO.
If Ropes and Grey feels its worth it to wait to get paid , I can happily do so as well!! We are close to the finish line! This is where we need to maintain the investor mindset and not the Day trader mindset.

Here is gauge for you: If you are convinced that Ropes and Grey will force [/u]EVERY BUSINESS, GOVT AGENCY, MEDICAL and phone company using MFOOBA to pay royalties to SFOR and if you BELIEVE ROPES AND GREY WILL WIN EVERY LAW SUIT against infringers[/u], then you truly "KNOW WHAT YOU OWN" and you "KNOW WHAT TO DO!"
Thats what I believe I have done my DD and IF there is a bump (might not happen) in the road. if it happens, it will not separate me from 1 of my shares!
Many on the liehub would love to see you lose all your shares by lying and misleading.
Also MMs trying to buy cheap shares they have been trying to keep SFORs price per share below .025 ACSM, they always try to drive down PPS by shorting , their goal 10% loss, to trigger those who have set 10% stop losses, its not hard, but if you don't intend to sell into a bear raid, don't help by setting 10% stop losses , Even if the price should drop, SFOR PPS will bounce right back up based on the nearness of all the catalysts PRs.
If you set a stop loss that is your right.
Do what best for you. Just my opinion.
Also when you sell if you are long on those shares you lose your long position and have to wait a year to be long again, many in an emotional sell dont think.

McAfee recently cleared up a misunderstanding, that there is 1 500 mil DOD contract. The confusion resulted when McAfee recently PR'd their own release of the DOD contract, the DOD previously PR'd their release, McAfee rep apologized that it appeared as a second 500 mil contract , that's what their IR rep told me when I called.
