Reviewing the Financial Statement from Pershing Resources; of particular interest is the OPERATING EXPENSES section. What did the common shareholder get for $221,958.00 from the 'Professional Fees'? Also under General & Administrative, $143,316.00 paid out. Are shareholders supporting some very knowledgeable and professional Administrative Assistants????
Good to also read that Pershing Resources has $50,000 X 2 to pay Mr. McDowell in 18 months or so for a percentage of the Nevada sites.
I suppose that shareholders will shortly hear about all the extremely positive and potentially lucrative assays from the new Nevada sites. After all, Pershing Resources Corporate has committed to raise $10,000,000 to fund the mines developments. WOW!!!! After TWENTY PLUS YEARS there may, cold possibly be some actual productive mining for precious metals AND the mines may, could possibly have enough precious metals in the ground to make a profit.....or not.
Well, at least I was right in a previous Post. Pershing Resources DID issue a Press Release and it suggests something may/could possibly happen. The shares started quickly trading....at a lower share price.
ACTIONS AND RESULTS, NO BS!!!!!
