Deer Horn Announces 2nd Tranche Closing of Private

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Deer Horn Capital Inc. (CSE: DHC) (the “Company” or “Deer Horn”) announces that it has now completed a 2nd tranche closing of its previously announced private placement and has issued a further 200,000 units for gross proceeds of $100,000. Each unit is comprised of one common share and ½ common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable into one common at a price of $0.60/share for a period of two years. No finder’s fee was paid with respect to this 2nd tranche closing. The total amount raised to date under this private placement is $200,000.
