mikeyt, been reading alot this morning about companies going from public to private. Cant post those articles-but the jest of them are it is normally quite beneficial to shareholders. Shareholders must approve the deal-usually receive mail asking them to vote a certain way or give someone their proxy. It is usually substantially higher than the trading price to entice shareholders to sell. If you are dealing through a broker, once the deal is consummated, you will simply see your shares gone replaced with cash in your account. Tesla tweeted the possibility just a couple of days ago and the PPS jumped 10%-CEO stated being public put a burden on the company because of all the reporting requirements, stockholders, etc. However in our case, we have several men who can work together as a public company, raise huge amounts of capital and expand. I think I would prefer a RM-we may hit your .08 in 30 days and keep right on running. Plus you no longer own shares. JMO
