Note Except for where
I already have information or diligence
I make my calls based on the chart alone.
At that point I don't care who - or what they do.
And they say charts mean nothing in PennyLand.
Whup Whup !!

A number of failed stocks are put up a 2nd time and judged, marked
as "2nd time around" on the chart - in 'upper indicator' box. example

(8) delisted and not brought back
$ADGO + $APRU + $APVO + $IFUS + $USRM
$DIGAF + $MNKD + $AKER
are inc in the 21 fails

Bottom
the recent lowest price determined after a close
above with a follow through 2nd higher close.
(a 2nd new up)

1 ) With each successful call you will get to use:

as your avatar, or off site anywhere you want.

We need some separation between numbers (calls).
So let's separate by a whole number up/down the same digit;
.007 then .008 and .0032 then .004 etc

We are going to use a calling range of [ 10% ]
A call wins if within a 10% range of the actual bottom:
105% times the bottom when above
to 95% times the bottom when below,
Two in the same range, the closest. then the 1st call, wins.

Uh we are just going to give a guy % of a % if that is what
it takes to declare a winner winner. We, human here.

With StockCharts.com the 1st 3 are lines on the chart.
The last three will not be a line on the chart but will be spelled
out in the 'lower indicator' box. All lettering there is in caps.
Example

In the case of a triple 000 pick we won't use
a % range and the numbers stand whole as-is.
The bottom call must be .0002 or higher.

<< We are going to allow only two triple 000 picks
per person. The reason is that with very low calls such
as an .0002 you could win as much as 1/2 the time which
is greater than all other calling percentages. With that,
all get a chance at 2 such easy calls. Anyway, we have
to decide something about those levels - and this is it.

Limit 2 - triple 000 wins
PoemStone 2

All numbers are the print at the close of the day.
No after market.

It is understood you have to call after a down day.
