Why the rich stay rich and the poor stay poor. - poor people buy things that depreciate in value. (New car, expensive clothes, that new big screen tv.) Rich people stay rich because they can take the same money and invest into things that don't depreciate. (Stocks, property, IRA's, etc..) it is all about changing the mindset. You can spend $1000 on a nice big tv or use the same money and invest and have returns over 3 months and be able to afford multiple tvs. Really think about this. You may really WANT something but in reality if you take that money and invest you can multiply the cash. I over heard a higher level co-worker say they will always work in the field because they don't know how to invest their money. I haven't heard more truthful words.
