Myself I have been a little hard on Steve but you know he hasn't had a easy row to hoe either and like you state he has been learning as he goes, I think ONCI will be ok no one can dispute we have the best apps on the market, its just now all starting to come together IMO.
AutoNation and CarMax I think will be great.
