We should keep in mind that the “major exchanges” are in competition with each other to bring good, quality companies to uplist with them. Nice fees etc.
Nobody knows the qualifications and the exemptions that can be granted, better than the team at Donohoe.
None of us knows where we are going (NYSE or Nasdaq) and I doubt that the listing criteria that we see on Wikipedia is 100% strictly enforced. But the team at Donohoe has years of experience and many successes. We are in great hands...again Rory is a pro !
A great company with a great future, clean balance sheet and signed contracts just might get “green lighted” with quickness and dispatch.
