I completely agree with you Junebug. I suspect we will see incremental progress and therefore incremental stock price increases. I see the financials first unless AGRiMED/UNVC no longer feels that is necessary. For instance, if AGRiMED and UNVC decided it was in their best interest to proceed directly to a reverse merger. Such a move would accomplish two major goals at one time. New financial filings would then be handled by AGRiMED and the reverse merger itself would likely catapult the stock to heights we have never seen before. Then bring on new product introductions, contracts, perhaps new partnerships, and marketing strategies of various kinds. The news could keep piling on if everything went our way. This is where AGRiMED becoming public would benefit UNVC shareholders the most.
