Acquisition of Duo by Cisco means that SFOR must be part of due diligence. It’s a must answer question and part of the over acquisition cost of the financial equation. It would include potential cost of litigation and possible settlement and an offer to guarantee a deal.( it would not be hypothetical but guaranteed in my opinion) I suspect with uplisting and the quarter coming out something has changed.( For the better and we need an 8k) A 2.3 billion dollar acquisition of our strongest infringer means what?
