Junebug, to be honest, I have never seen a three way reverse merger so I cannot tell you if that is even possible. I will need to do some checking to be certain, and maybe someone else can answer that question. I would think AGRiMED would want to reverse merge with UNVC first, but that is just my opinion. All three companies that we are "now" aware of could do a conglomeration into a single large company, but I don't really see where that would be all that beneficial --- except perhaps to reduce paperwork and overhead. Keep in mind, Crockett and Goldman left GTI after founding that company and then started AGRiMED, and now we learn about SATIVEO. How do we know there aren't more companies out there? Additional companies would not need to use the same names, and could be managed by people we do not yet know.
