It is impossible that Cisco does not know about Strikeforce. Duo is in open litigation with SFOR, and Cisco is buying Duo. For Cisco to be unaware of SFOR would require a small army of licensed attorneys to be in serious breach of their ethical and fiduciary duties. The odds of that being true are immeasurably small. I would bet my 401K that SFOR has been the main subject of more than one meeting between Duo and Cisco in the past 12 months. A company with a $200B+ market cap doesn't get that big by being negligent in assessing their exposure when acquiring other smaller companies. The Yankees wouldn't just bring up some rookie and pay him a bunch of money without scouting him and making sure he passes a physical.
Ladies and gentlemen, we sit here on the precipice of something that might only come along once in a lifetime for some of us. I truly hope you don't get caught regretting the fact you sat this one out.
