A pretty slow day here at ihang so I emailed IR with some questions and this is what is going on:
They have significantly scaled back news and updates (obviously) and they will not be posting any details of interim state of things until such information would not be able to be used to cause problems for the company.
My thoughts is that it means no information about who the bridge fund is from and who they may be dealing with at this time or in the future. I believe they will still release when the funds come in when it happens but not from who.
I guess I didn't take this into account when I made my last statement about "make or break time." I feel things are progressing and not at a stand still and we have no choice but to continue to wait. The Crossbones and CE is dependent on the funding so we will continue to look bad until those funds are received. Why haven't we received them yet from the 3 private investors as was mentioned in July? I don't know and neither does anyone else. We can only speculate.
I am staying the course and not selling.
