YES - definitely noticed that but part of THEIR delay was in not knowing how their drug works therefore ONLY ONE PERSON in the PHASE I trial.. Even so CANCER drug trials always seem to take many YEARS. In the case of KEVETRIN we do have an understanding of its workings
