PBF Energy launches 6M-share public offering
PBF Energy (NYSE
BF) says it has commenced a public offering of 6M common share, with an underwriter's option to purchase as much as 900K additional shares.
PBF says it plans to use the proceeds to pursue strategic capital projects, which may include construction of a hydrogen plant facility at its Delaware city refinery and restarting certain idle units at its Chalmette refinery.
