I don't have your prowess and it's been extremely obvious to me for a very long time. You literally have to be sleeping under a rock with this particular stock to not know that there is a strong force against it. I can't argue whether it should only be a penny a share but I can clearly see the tsunami that they're throwing at us every single day, there's always a reason.
